Are you a sales enablement professional who can command a room, coach sales teams and drive behavioural change at scale?
We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Training Manager to lead enablement programmes across a network of international sales partners. This is not a traditional L&D or instructional design role. We're looking for someone with genuine sales enablement expertise who understands what great selling looks like and can build programmes that help sales teams perform at their best.
You'll be responsible for creating consistency across onboarding, coaching, training, quality assurance and certification programmes while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and vendor organisations across multiple regions.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of sales enablement, stakeholder management and vendor governance. You'll act as the enablement expert, helping partners deliver world-class sales training and coaching programmes whilst ensuring alignment to agreed playbooks, frameworks and business objectives.
Success in this role requires more than technical knowledge. You'll need the presence, credibility and communication skills to engage senior leaders, coach facilitators and confidently deliver training to groups of up to 30 sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Programme Leadership
- Lead end-to-end enablement programmes across multiple international partner organisations.
- Own enablement playbooks, training standards and governance frameworks.
- Ensure onboarding, sales methodology training, coaching and certification programmes are delivered consistently.
- Build scalable enablement processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Train the Trainer & Coaching Excellence
- Coach enablement teams and sales trainers to improve delivery quality and learner engagement.
- Facilitate sales training sessions, workshops and coaching programmes.
- Train sellers on products, sales methodologies, tools and best practice.
- Support quality assurance programmes through coaching reviews, call analysis and performance insights.
Vendor Governance & Quality Assurance
- Establish consistent quality and coaching standards across multiple regions.
- Run calibration sessions and certification programmes.
- Measure effectiveness through key metrics including proficiency, certification and quality outcomes.
- Hold partner organisations accountable for agreed enablement standards and business goals.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the trusted enablement voice with senior sales leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with sales leadership, product marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Lead enablement readiness for product launches, process changes and business initiatives.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience within Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training or Partner Enablement.
- Strong sales background with a clear understanding of what successful sellers need to perform.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end enablement programmes.
- Proven experience coaching trainers, facilitators and sales teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, outsourcing partners or BPO environments.
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and coaching frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desired Experience
- SaaS industry experience.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing teams.
- Exposure to call coaching and conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong.
- Experience using enablement platforms such as Seismic.
- Practical experience using AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar within training, content creation or enablement programmes.
- Experience operating across multiple international regions.
The Type of Person Who Will Succeed
You'll be someone who:
โ Understands the difference between sales training and true sales enablement.
โ Has credibility from working closely with sales teams and improving seller performance.
โ Can confidently stand in front of a room of sales professionals and keep them engaged.
โ Brings energy, creativity and innovation into training delivery through role plays, facilitation and coaching techniques.
โ Knows how to influence people without direct authority.
โ Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
โ Works independently and proactively identifies solutions.
What This Role Is Not
This role is not suited to:
- Traditional instructional designers without frontline enablement experience.
- Sales operations professionals focused solely on reporting or productivity metrics.
- Recruiter trainers or onboarding specialists whose experience is predominantly new hire induction.
- Individual contributors from sales backgrounds who have occasionally delivered training but have not built and managed structured enablement programmes.
Why Apply?
- High-profile global enablement programme ownership.
- Significant exposure to senior commercial stakeholders.
- Opportunity to shape sales capability across multiple international markets.
- Flexible hybrid working model.
- 12-month contract with a market-leading technology organisation.
If you're passionate about sales enablement, coaching excellence and helping sales teams perform at their best, we'd love to hear from you.
