As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer (all genders) at our DYWIDAG Cusago (Italy) location. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including review of project documentation, quantity take-offs, material estimates, cost calculations, pricing, and bid submissions to support successful project acquisition. Drive sales growth and increase market share for DYWIDAG products, systems, and engineering solutions within the assigned territory in line with business objectives and company strategy. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding current and future customer requirements and delivering value-added solutions. Promote DYWIDAG's products, services, and capabilities through customer meetings, technical presentations, and project consultations. Provide technical and engineering support to customers by recommending appropriate solutions based on project specifications, drawings, and construction requirements. Review engineering documents, specifications, plans, and tender documents to identify business opportunities and suitable solutions. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate proposal development, successful project delivery, and customer satisfaction. Provide on-site technical assistance and project support when required. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline Clear customer focus and business acumen Ability to understand engineering documents and procedures related to the construction and manufacturing Industry Ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills Networking capabilities Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
