Your work will directly contribute to the growth of sustainable heating solutions in residential, commercial, and light industrial markets. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with customer-focused sales, helping clients find the right solutions for their projects. You will build strong partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and play an important role in expanding the presence of Danfoss Electric Heating solutions in a growing market. You can expect approximately 40–50% of the time spent in business travelling. What You’ll Be Doing Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for electric heating and snow-melt solutions across residential, commercial, and light industrial applications. Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting and technical consultation to quotation, negotiation, order placement, and project follow-up. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, installers, and decision-makers , creating long-term partnerships that drive business growth. Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based proposals that help customers understand the benefits of Danfoss solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs while maintaining a healthy project pipeline and achieving sales targets . What We're Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field . Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development , preferably within electrical, heating, energy, or building technology industries. Strong knowledge of electrical heating systems or related technologies; experience with electric heating solutions is highly valued. Experience working with distributors, dealer networks, contractors, and project-based sales environments . Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful projects. Fluent Ukrainian and English language skills; Hungarian is a significant advantage.
