Sales Engineer (Geotechnical Materials)

Company Description

Global leader in geosynthetics which is looking for their very first talent to expand Vietnam market.

Working condition: remote based in Vietnam with frequent travelling required | Mon -Fri | 9AM - 6PM

Scopes:

• Develop new business, execute sales and marketing initiatives, and implement pricing strategies.
• Manage quotations, project follow-up, CRM updates, and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience to ensure timely product delivery.
• Build relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, distributors, and key customers.
• Provide technical support, product presentations, and training to customers and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify opportunities and optimize distribution channels.
• Support annual budgeting, sales planning, and market expansion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and represent the company at relevant industry events and associations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and technical understanding of geotechnical materials.
• Experience in Sales and business development, including lead generation and opportunity management.
• Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex technical concepts clearly.
• Background in Technical Support, troubleshooting, and resolving product-related issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and CRM systems; prior experience in training or education-focused organizations is an advantage.
