Sales Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive —ideally an ex-IBMer or someone with experience working at or with IBM—who thrives in a consultative selling environment and is passionate about helping organizations drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in: API & Messaging Solutions Hybrid Cloud Integration Any Cloud Migration Digital Transformation Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies. Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C-suite stakeholders. Structure and negotiate contracts, SOWs, and large-scale consulting engagements. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve/exceed sales targets. Must-Have Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Minimum 7 years of experience in IT consulting/professional services sales with a focus on solution-based selling. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-performance environment. Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior-level decision-makers. Preferred Background Prior experience at IBM or with an IBM Business Partner. Deep understanding of digital/cloud transformation and managed services.
