Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Nibong Tebal with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and maintain strong relationships with customers in the paper and forest products sector. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and customer service issues, as well as updating sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic sales growth.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, or paper and forest products industries.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities in English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
• Good organizational, time management, and basic data analysis skills for managing pipelines, reports, and forecasts.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and basic digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently, travel locally for client engagement, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
• Previous experience in a hybrid work setup and a valid driver’s license are beneficial.
