Sales Executive

Location: Ho Chi Minh City | Full-Time | Hybrid or Remote

Language: Fluent in Vietnamese, Professional English or higher

VF Franchise Consulting and ConnectB2B.vn are leading platforms specializing in international franchise consulting, business investment matchmaking, and global distribution support. We help connect international brands with franchisees, distributors, and investors across Vietnam and the region.

We’re currently seeking a pro-active Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand our network of clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and approach business decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, Directors) who are seeking:
• Franchise development opportunities
• Distribution partners, agents, or investors
• Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, events, referrals, market databases) to generate new leads
• Conduct client meetings (in-person or online), either independently or with company leadership
• Present service offerings professionally, send proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals
• Act as a strategic consultant rather than just a seller—understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them to decisions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Presentable and articulate, with excellent communication skills
• University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• Proactive, self-driven, and independent—able to generate leads without waiting
• Confident presenting to high-level executives and business owners
• Skilled in strategic questioning and client persuasion
• Sales closing experience, including objection handling and contract negotiation
• Preferably has prior sales experience with a proven track record (e.g., KPIs met, company awards)
