SOCGuardians Workforce & Recruitment is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to help expand our client base and generate new business opportunities across local and international markets.
The ideal candidate will be confident in prospecting, client communication, lead generation, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other lead-generation channels.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads based on business needs and potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate relevant company services.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals when required.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with prospects and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach to client outreach.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- Ability to handle cold outreach and follow-ups effectively.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is a plus.
- PKR 30,000 fixed salary + commission
