Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our global team. In this remote role, you will be the driving force behind Stream Prime's growth within your assigned country. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our subscriber base, increase market penetration, and establish Stream Prime as the primary streaming service for consumers. Key Responsibilities

• Drive Subscriber Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed subscription targets within your designated country.

• Market Expansion: Act as a key contributor to our expansion, identifying new opportunities and building a strong brand presence for Stream Prime.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Position Stream Prime as the leading entertainment choice by effectively communicating the value of our diverse content offerings (movies, TV shows, live sports, etc.).

• B2B Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential B2B clients to drive the enterprise plan sales for businesses with upto 100 devices/TVs on a budget.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with other Sales Executives within your region and report key findings, market feedback, and performance metrics to the Regional Product Manager.

• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and provide valuable insights to the product team.

• Platform Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of the Stream Prime platform to potential customers and partners, you must have access to StreamPrime content in-person.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., Google Meet, WhatsApp, etc.) and a stable internet connection.

• Passionate about media, entertainment, and streaming technology.

• Based in the country of operation for this role.

Team Structure & Performance

At Stream Prime, we believe in succeeding together. You will be part of a regional team of Sales Executives. Your performance, promotions, and salary increments will be measured based on the collective success of the entire regional team. This structure fosters a truly collaborative environment where support and shared goals are paramount.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: A competitive starting salary of £300 GBP per month.

• Performance-Based Scaling: The salary can scale up to £700 GBP per month, based on the successful performance of your regional team.

• Internet Allowance: As this is a remote role, you will receive support for your internet connection to ensure you can stay connected, demonstrate our service, and collaborate effectively.

• Communication Allowance: You will be provided with a communication allowance (airtime/phone call support) to facilitate communication with team members and contacts within your country.
