dRofus, a subsidiary of the Nemetschek Group, is a global leader in providing data management and collaboration solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry. dRofus enables project stakeholders to manage, structure, and synchronize critical building and infrastructure information throughout the entire asset lifecycle. The platform supports data-driven decision-making and project transparency for some of the most complex facilities in the world, including airports, hospitals, and educational campuses.
About the role
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive (m/f/d) to drive growth and expand dRofus’ presence across Norway and the wider Nordic AECO markets. The role focuses on winning new customers and developing opportunities with public and private owners, operators, and design teams involved in large scale building and infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on healthcare, public sector, and transportation projects that are typical for the Nordic region.
Work model
This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is based out of our Oslo Headquarters, with expected on-site presence around 2-3 days a week (flexible arrangements can be discussed).
You will be also expected to travel within your territory to customer sites for face-to-face meetings (around once per month).
Your responsibilities
- Build and execute a Nordic territory plan covering target AECO segments, strategic accounts and key public-sector frameworks
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with owners, consultants, contractors and government agencies across major building and infrastructure projects
- Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation and closing new recurring-revenue accounts
- Partner with technical consultants, customer success and marketing to align solutions with customer needs and support regional events and initiatives
- Develop deep expertise in dRofus, its BIM and design-tool integrations, and Nordic project delivery and data-management workflows
- Share market trends, customer requirements and competitive insights to inform business strategy and product development
Your profile
- At least five years’ experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales; ideally in Nordic AECO, construction technology or asset-management markets
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles with enterprise or public-sector clients, including familiarity with Nordic procurement and tendering
- Relevant industry background and knowledge in architecture, engineering or construction
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers across technical and non-technical functions
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach to winning new business and working effectively in a distributed, cross-border team
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is a plus
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data management, building information modelling (BIM) or lifecycle asset-information systems
- An educational background in architecture, construction or engineering; extensive experience can substitute for a degree
What we offer
- Competitive base salary and performance-based incentives aligned with local Nordic market conditions
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements within the region
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- A collaborative, international team backed by the Nemetschek Group
- The chance to help shape business development in a newly established Sales Executive function
- An opportunity to influence how leading organisations manage building data on major Nordic projects
