Sales Executive, Client Growth (Remote)

Job Description This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients. Key Responsibilities • Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and account planning • Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines • Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile • Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and notes in CRM to support planning and reporting • Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health Requirements • Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales • Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals • Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits • Salary range: 520,000 - 750,000 • Remote work arrangement (South Africa) • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage.
