About the role
Our client, a global travel and services platform, is looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Executive to help grow its network of independent service providers in Spain.
The platform connects customers with professionals offering services such as private dining, photography, massage, personal training and beauty treatments. You’ll identify and engage potential partners, introduce the opportunity and guide interested providers through the application and initial onboarding process.
This role suits a proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, initiating conversations and converting leads into new partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify prospective service providers through online research, community engagement and networking.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach and other relevant communication channels.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each prospect’s business and services.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, maintaining regular follow-up and progressing opportunities through to application.
- Work with internal teams to support the initial onboarding of new providers.
- Test new approaches to sourcing, engaging and converting prospective partners.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project milestones and share feedback that improves the acquisition process.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Two to four years’ experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management or community engagement.
- Confidence with cold calling, outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain an opportunity clearly and persuasively.
- A resourceful, curious approach and the initiative to develop new ways of finding and engaging prospects.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and conversations across different channels.
- Based in the UK, ideally London.
- Experience working with small business owners, independent professionals or service providers would be an advantage.
