Sales Lead - Commercial & Industrial (Secure Power)

We are hiring for a Sales Lead, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) to join our Secure Power team in Oslo, Norway. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in shaping and driving our commercial strategy for the C&I segment in Norway, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of customers and business opportunities.

Rather than managing a team, you will lead through expertise, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, working across the organization to drive our techno-commercial sales activities and strengthen our position within the C&I market.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and develop our Secure Power business across commercial and industrial markets

• Drive growth in one of the company's most strategic and fastest-growing technology areas, including critical power, cooling and infrastructure solutions

• Shape market strategy and build strong customer relationships in industries undergoing rapid digitalization and electrification

• Inspire and collaborate with a highly skilled team while working closely with customers, consultants and technical experts

• Act as a trusted commercial partner helping customers navigate increasing demands around digitalization, electrification and critical infrastructure

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering or similar

• Solid experience in technical solution sales, business development or similar customer facing commercial role

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive them forward

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead and create momentum without formal people-management responsibility

• The ability to combine commercial thinking with technical understanding, translating customer challenges into relevant solutions

• A desire to challenge the status quo and drive growth in a rapidly evolving market

• A strong track record of building relationships and influencing customers and stakeholders
• Fluent language skills in Norwrgian & English
