About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Leader!

Are you a commercial leader who gets energy from developing people, building strong teams and driving results?

At Caldic Ingredients Nordic, we are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to lead and inspire some of our segment teams and help us grow our business within the food industry. Working with a broad portfolio of food ingredients and solutions, you will combine people leadership with commercial responsibility, with a strong focus on customers, performance and profitable growth.

You will lead a group of our sales people (both external and internal) located across the Nordic region. Our preferred location for the position is either in Finland (Espoo) where the current Sales Leader is located or in Sweden (Malmö) at our Nordic HQ. There will be a significant amount of travelling in either case.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A motivating and hands-on leader
• Commercially driven and result focused
• Experienced in, or passionate about, the food industry
• A strong team player and relationship builder
• Keen to develop both people and business

• A relevant university degree and several years of professional management experience.
• Strong market knowledge and relevant technical expertise.
• Proven leadership skills, including coaching and developing teams.
• A strong customer and business focus, with commercial and financial awareness.
• An analytical, result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong networking skills and good knowledge of Office and CRM tools.
