We’re an ambitious team based in Barcelona and London , and we’re seeking a leader to help us maximise sales conversions and grow our impact! What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire our remote sales team to increase conversions and close rates. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including recruitment and management of closers, appointment setters, and outbound dialers. Lead daily stand-ups, optimise the sales funnel, and introduce top-tier sales tactics. Review and improve team performance by analysing call data and implementing strategies for growth. Work alongside the team to scale operations as we increase our ad spend and expand. What We’re Looking For: Approx 2+ years of experience in a sales role for an info business. Experience managing and motivating a sales team. Proven expertise in high-ticket sales processes. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Data-driven, with a sharp eye for performance metrics.
