Sales Manager – MENA | CTV, Video & Agentic Advertising

Location: Dubai, UAE – Fully Remote

Salary: AED 16,000–20,000 per month + commission

Contract: Independent contractor

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing advertising technology company seeking a Sales Manager to develop agency and brand partnerships across the MENA region.

The company provides advertisers with access to highly optimised and enriched Connected TV inventory from many of the world’s largest CTV publishers. Its technology combines premium inventory with advanced data, targeting and agentic capabilities to improve campaign performance and ROI, often at CPMs significantly below comparable direct publisher deals. The business has established clients and revenue in region which you would also look to inherit and optimise.

The role

• Build and manage relationships with media agencies and brands across MENA.
• Generate new business across CTV, online video and data-led advertising solutions.
• Develop a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Present tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable improvements in reach, targeting, efficiency and ROI.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver successful campaigns.
• Represent the business across the regional advertising market.

What we’re looking for

• Proven advertising or media sales experience within the MENA market.
• Strong relationships across media agencies, holding companies and/or major brands.
• Knowledge of CTV, video, programmatic advertising or adjacent digital media solutions.
• A proactive new-business seller comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Based in Dubai and available to begin within a short timeframe.
