Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding, Oil & Gas and project logistics market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with operational teams
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and post-sales support
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities
• Achieve revenue and growth targets while contributing to the overall sales strategy
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system
• Represent deugro at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of customer projects

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within freight forwarding, project logistics, or related industries
• Good understanding of international transportation solutions, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Transportation, and Project Cargo
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing and winning new business
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop practical logistics solutions
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong internal and external relationships
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage

• Experience within Industrial Projects, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Mining, EPC, or Heavy Lift logistics
• Existing network of customers and industry contacts within the logistics sector
