Role Description

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Identify businesses that could benefit from digital marketing services

• Build relationships with founders, managers, and decision-makers

• Introduce Autorise services and connect prospects with our team

• Support conversations that lead to new client partnerships

You will be connecting companies to solutions including Google & Meta Ads, AI marketing automation, lead generation systems, content marketing, and performance-driven growth strategies.

You will introduce businesses to solutions including:

• Google & Meta Ads campaign management

• AI-based marketing automation

• Lead generation systems

• Email marketing automation

• SEO and performance marketing

• Content and creative marketing

• Video and social media growth

• Influencer and creator marketing

• Conversion funnel optimization

• AI chatbots and workflow automation

Our service packages range from €2,799 to €15,000+ depending on the scope and scale of the project.

Commission Opportunity

This is a performance-based, commission-driven role.

Qualifications

• Strong professional network
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
