The role

You will be on the front line of our growth, opening conversations with business owners and decision makers and turning them into booked meetings. This role suits people who enjoy the phone, thrive on targets and want their earnings to reflect their effort.

What you’ll do

• Cold call commercial prospects (business owners, facilities managers, finance directors)
• Qualify interest and book meetings into our clients’ calendars
• Follow up consistently and keep leads moving
• Track activity and outcomes in our CRM
• Share feedback from the field to help sharpen our messaging

What we’re looking for

• Confidence on the phone and a strong work ethic (essential)
• Experience in cold calling and setting meetings (essential)
• Sales background or knowledge of solar (preferred, but not required)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
• Clear, professional communicator
