Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Sales Manager. You'll lead a team of 4 closers and 4 setters selling high-ticket tech sales career programs that train, certify, and place candidates into SDR/AE roles at SaaS and tech companies. The role involves managing daily sales operations, coaching reps to improve close and show rates, running pipeline reviews, closing key deals directly, and driving the team toward aggressive revenue targets. You'll be the engine behind scaling this offer from $550k AUD to $1M AUD per month within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-ticket sales teams (closers and setters).
• Track record of hitting and scaling revenue targets in coaching, education, or info-product offers.
• Strong coaching ability — call reviews, KPI tracking, and rep development.
• Must send an intro video — that's how our clients identify if they want you on their team.
• English as first language or C2 is required.
• Must be available during AEST/AEDT business hours.
