Meinigar Technologies Pvt Ltd, Chennai Job Description Job Title: Sales Manager – 3PL Logistics / Warehousing Location: Chennai/Mumbai/Noida Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / 3PL Experience: 2-6 years About Stockarea: Stockarea is a digital warehousing ecosystem for e-commerce, OEMs, and importers. We help businesses get on-demand optimal warehousing contracts with the help of our logistics network. Stockarea provides flexibility and scalability to supply chains by providing access to the partner network, order management, inventory visibility, seamless system integrations, single support, and a cloud-based platform to manage it all. We aim to empower e-commerce players to decentralize their inventory by giving them access to a logistics network that is on par with existing marketplace giants. We also aim to empower OEMs/importers' supply chains by giving them access to a logistics network to scale as and when they want. Our services include storage/warehousing services, fulfillment services, leasing warehouse, warehouse possibility reports, first-mile, and middle-mile services. Key Responsibilities: ​ ● Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency ● Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly ● Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics ● Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets ● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations ● Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback ● Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date ● Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements ● Prepare and present reports to management as required Requirements Required Skills: ● Must have hands-on experience in warehousing sales ● Strong data management and MS Excel skills ● Good leadership and team-handling abilities ● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills ● Thorough understanding of sales processes and reporting ● Good communication and coordination skills ● Candidates must have their own laptop. ● Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. 1.
