What you'll bring
You are a sales leader with deep expertise in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Media — and a proven track record leading enterprise teams in complex, regulated markets. You lead with strategic thinking and emotional intelligence, facilitating business transformation and developing high-performing teams through financial acumen.
- Enterprise sales management experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Media, with direct accountability for pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance.
- Deep familiarity with sector priorities — AI adoption, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and cloud transformation — and how they shape executive investment decisions.
- Confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders and the ability to develop this capability across your team.
- A track record of building consistent, predictable team performance through structured account planning, forecast discipline, and operating rhythm.
- A practical approach to AI — you use automation and AI tools in daily workflows, design effective prompts, prototype solutions, and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
- Degree not required for this role.
