Now, to strengthen our team to the earliest possible starting date, we are looking for a Sales Manager Industrial Performance (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: As part of our sales team for distribution of chemical raw materials related to our Industrial Performance product group, you are responsible for developing our business in Romania Thereby, you are expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising suppliers and products as well as sales opportunities Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and expand/develop our product portfolio Additionally, you create detailed market overviews and customer databases You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues in Industrial Performance located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly Your profile: After successfully finishing your academic certification from the University of Technology or Chemistry, you gained at least three years of professional experience in technical sales of chemical raw materials Thereby, you gained a good overview of the Romanian market and it’s potentials for the distribution of chemical raw materials related to product groups such as metalworking and lubricants, gas and refinery, mining, textile and paper, water treatment, agrochemicals or civil engineering Furthermore, you are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships Preferably, you have an analytical and entrepreneurial as well as a structured and independent working style Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Romanian as well as English with profound negotiation abilities You are able to travel regularly within the region and hold a category B driving license Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
