About the Client

Our client provides payment solutions that help international merchants access local payment methods across Latin America. It works with various businesses in high-risk sectors, including gaming, forex, crypto, betting, and others.

Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to own the full merchant sales cycle, from first contact to closing. You will develop commercial relationships, working with an experienced team to shape solutions around merchant needs, and help grow the business across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own merchant acquisition, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, contracting, and closing.

  • Build long-term commercial relationships with merchants and business partners.

  • Guide merchant opportunities through handover and integration to live transactions.

  • Meet sales targets through a qualified pipeline and measurable merchant launches.

  • Represent the payment offering at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Management to shape solutions around merchant needs.

  • Identify commercial opportunities by tracking market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in payments, PSP, or payment gateway businesses, including experience on the PSP side.

  • Hands-on experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.

  • An ability to generate your own pipeline from scratch.

  • Experience working with the LATAM market.

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

  • An established network within the payments industry is a strong advantage.

  • Languages: English B2, with fluency in Russian; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Key Soft Skills

  • Ownership of results and deadlines while working independently, with a focus on getting merchants to live transactions rather than accumulating conversations.

  • Consultative negotiation approach and persistence without pressuring clients, ability to build relationships that last beyond the initial deal.

  • Ability to learn new payment products quickly and remain effective when priorities or circumstances are uncertain.

  • Collaborative working mindset, working constructively with colleagues and clients across cultures and time zones.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience

  • Collaborative and transparent team culture

  • High-impact role in a scaling fintech company

  • Recognition of personal milestones and achievements

  • Social benefits
