About us

AskEleven builds and deploys AI employees for small and mid-sized businesses in the United States. We don’t sell software the client has to configure: we deliver an employee trained on their process, connected to their tools, doing real work.

We already have paying customers, our own CRM and prospecting programs running. We’re hiring two distinct profiles to turn that foundation into a repeatable sales operation.

Sales Manager

Base: USD $2,000 – $2,500/month + uncapped commission

You run your own pipeline and close customers. You also coach the representative, review their calls and improve the sales process. This is a role that sells, not a role that only supervises.

Requirements: professional or native English · minimum 3 years selling with verifiable closes of your own in the last 12 months · experience managing a team · experience running a pipeline in a CRM.

Sales Representative

Base: USD $1,000 – $1,250/month + uncapped commission

You prospect, run discovery, follow up and carry opportunities through to close, with support from the sales manager.

Requirements: professional or native English · minimum 2 years selling to businesses with verifiable closes of your own in the last 12 months · experience with B2B cold outreach · we’re looking for a sales profile, not a call center profile.

Full-time · 100% remote from Colombia · overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours · prospecting database and AI tools provided from day one · uncapped commission · direct contact with the owner.

The process includes an interview in Spanish and English, a sales conversation with the owner, and a reference check with your direct manager from the past year.
