Tasks : Establishes and develops contacts at all levels to the assigned Key Accounts in order to generate sustainable sales relations and thus to support the achievement of customer related commercial targets. Plans sales volumes and potential of Key Accounts assigned. Provides information for forecasts and planning. Develops Customer Relationship Management (CRM) “database” Analyzes the specific customer situation and builds a sound network of stakeholders within the Account organization, leveraging strong technical electrical engineering background. Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions sales. Prepares customer contacts. Facilitates negotiations of proposals, in cooperation with HQ functions based in Austria. May act as a point of contact to Key Accounts in commercial or organizational matters. Reports sales and revenue related figures. Reporting Line : General Manager KB Power & Grid Solutions USA Qualifications : Ideally a Master´s Degree in Electrical Engineering You have deep understanding of electrical power generation and distribution especially Instrument Transformers Deep understanding of the US electrical power generation and especially distribution market Very good communication and strong negotiation skills Proven sales attitude as well as self-motivation and proactive approach (Hunter mentality) Toughness and strong self-organization High motivation in establishing a new business from scratch (Start-up mentality) High willingness to travel Cultural openness to work in an international industry group The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work remotely is $89,900–$134,900 per year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education. Zelisko is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations. Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, vision, and basic life and disability insurance. Employees also will be able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 120 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of Personal Paid Absence every year.
