Sales & Marketing Consultant – Leadership Programs | Remote
Bring your sales and communication skills to a flexible remote role promoting leadership and personal development programs.
We’re seeking experienced, self-directed professionals who enjoy attracting interest, connecting with people and guiding prospects through an informed buying decision. You’ll combine digital marketing with personal conversations and consistent follow-up, supported by established systems and ongoing training.
This is a self-managed role with performance-based earnings linked to program sales. There is potential for uncapped income.
Key Responsibilities
- Use digital marketing and social media to promote leadership programs and personal development events.
- Create and share promotional content using established resources and guidelines.
- Respond to enquiries and connect with interested prospects through phone and online conversations.
- Understand prospects’ interests and goals, share program information and explain available options.
- Follow a structured sales and follow-up process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and communications.
- Participate in ongoing marketing, sales and leadership training.
- Manage your schedule and daily activities independently.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of professional work experience.
- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, account management or client service is helpful.
- An interest in leadership education and personal development.
- Confidence speaking with prospective clients and following up professionally.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing methods and use established systems.
- Good organisation and the initiative to work independently.
- A reliable internet connection, computer and phone.
