Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive awareness and sales of our AI-powered EMR/HMS healthcare platform that manages the complete patient lifecycle from check -in to e-prescription and billing. This role is ideal for career professionals with 2+ years of experience in selling Software products or healthcare IT solutions to clinics, medical practices or hospitals. Key Responsibilities  Promote and sell AI-based products and services in the Healthcare doamin  Conduct product demos (virtual and live) for prospective clients  Communicate directly with customers and prospects  Support lead generation and outreach campaigns  Follow up on inquiries and manage sales pipeline activity  Prepare and deliver presentations and marketing materials  Maintain CRM records and activity reports  Collaborate with internal teams on messaging and positioning Requirements Requirements  2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (AI, SaaS, or tech products preferred)  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Comfortable with client-facing interactions and demos  Good presentation and relationship-building skills  Basic understanding of AI or software products  Self-starter with results-driven mindset  Authorized to work in the U.S.  Available to start immediately Why CMCI?
