About the Role & Team
Join our high-performing APAC Sales Operations team and play a critical role in supporting sales leadership through data-driven insights, business planning, forecasting, and strategic sales programs. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner closely with Sales Leaders across Asia Pacific to identify risks, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
This role offers exposure to executive stakeholders, regional business reviews, forecasting processes, pipeline management, and high-impact sales initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights that influence decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales Leaders across Asia Pacific to provide analytical support, business insights, and recommendations for forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reviews.
- Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and commentary that highlight key trends, risks, opportunities, and actions required to achieve business objectives.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and respond to leadership requests within tight timelines, leveraging multiple data sources to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage and support key Sales Operations programs, including forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, month-end reporting, sales performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and analytical models that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, customer trends, sales productivity, and business outcomes.
- Drive data quality, compliance, and governance standards across Salesforce CRM and other business systems to ensure accurate reporting and reliable decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Product, and other business teams to support operational excellence and business growth initiatives.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, or similar analytical roles. Experience supporting sales organizations, forecasting processes, business planning, or performance reporting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookup functions, analytical modeling), Salesforce CRM, and reporting or visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights, recommendations, and executive-level communications. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
