Sales Operations Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll keep leads and requests moving smoothly through the sales pipeline, ensuring every one lands in the right hands quickly and accurately. This is a hands-on position where your attention to detail and process discipline directly support the commercial team's efficiency. What You'll Do:

- Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep per standard routing rules.

- Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.

- Ensure commercial teams follow the company's process for lead upload and assignment, clarifying the correct procedure whenever a request falls outside standard guidelines.

- Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.

- Review automated reports that flag system issues and resolve the underlying problems.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience working in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, or customer support.

- Proficiency in CRM data management.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
