Sales Operations Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

Love untangling sales processes and making them run better? Do it from home. Our clients Global Business Services team needs a hands-on BA to own Opportunity-to-Order improvements across quoting, ordering and sales operations. It's fully remote from anywhere in South Africa.

What you'll do

• Work with country and global stakeholders to find root causes and map current and future processes
  
• Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with I&T to deliver the right system fixes
  
• Plan and run UAT end to end: scope, testers, data, test scripts, defects and sign-off
  
• Track improvement requests through delivery, managing risks and dependencies
  
• Keep documentation current and hand over cleanly to the permanent team
  

What you'll bring

• Proven BA or sales operations improvement experience, and you can own delivery from day one
  
• Opportunity-to-Order know-how across quoting, ordering, and the handoffs between sales, ops and tech
  
• Experience with CRM and quoting tools
  
• Strong requirements, process mapping and hands-on UAT skills
  
• Confident stakeholder management across countries and teams
  

Bonus points

• Salesforce or CPQ experience (other CRM and quoting platforms also count)
  
• Multinational, shared services or global transformation background
  
• Exposure to automation or AI-enabled improvements
