This role will contribute to the achievement of volume and profitability objectives through the timely and accurate processing of sales orders What will YOU do? Communicate with clients to validate if information pertaining to the details of the sales orders are correct and to provide updates on the company's operational policies and procedures Collaborate with the sales teams (Independent Retail, Commercial, and/or LPG) in the assigned geographical area to address and/or resolve concerns related to the implementation of the sales order fulfillment policy and/or process Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of order requests, Expense Payment Requests (EPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other relevant documentation requirements to ensure accurate and timely recording of all requests and transactions that go through the Sales Operations (SALESOPS) Department. Collect and process sales orders, and endorse to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely serving of sales orders based on customer requirements Monitor and report all placed orders vis-a-vis sales forecast on a daily basis to help the sales teams keep track of their performance Prepare dashboards, reports, and credit proposals to help the sales teams keep track of their performance What will YOU need?
