Sales Operations Manager
DoctronicAbout Doctronic
Doctronic is the #1 AI doctor. Our AI is free, anonymous and HIPAA-compliant, and it has delivered over 30 million consults to date. In December 2025 we became the first and only AI legally authorized to practice medicine, renewing prescriptions autonomously under Utah's AI Learning Lab, and the first AI ever granted medical malpractice insurance. We are live in all 50 states and DC with AI and human physicians available 24/7, and we have raised $65M through our Series B from Abstract, Lightspeed, Union Square Ventures and others.
We are now building the enterprise organization that takes this to health plans, health systems and the wider healthcare ecosystem. This role is the operational backbone of that team.
The Role
Your job is to take everything off our sellers that is not selling.
Right now our enterprise deals slow down in the same place every time: contracting. Diligence questionnaires, security reviews, statements of work, redlines and procurement follow-through all land on people whose time is better spent in front of partners. You will own that layer, and the single number you are graded on is days in contracting, trending down.
You will be the first dedicated operations hire on the enterprise team, reporting to the Chief Business Officer. There is no playbook to inherit, which is the appeal of the job if it is the right job for you.
What You'll Do
Own the CRM as the single source of truth: stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene, and the dashboards leadership actually looks at
Run the deal desk: pricing approval routing, statement of work drafting, SLA templates, and redline tracking across concurrent deals
Own diligence questionnaires and security questionnaires end to end, coordinating answers from security, compliance, clinical and engineering so a seller never has to chase them
Drive procurement and legal follow-through on both sides, and escalate the moment a deal goes quiet
Build and run the weekly pipeline review and the monthly board pipeline pack
Own forecast hygiene and report on forecast accuracy, so that the number leadership commits to is a number we can trust
Build the deal record that implementation and customer success inherit at signature, covering scope, pricing and service commitments
Automate what repeats. We would rather you build the process once than run it forty times
What We're Looking For
4 to 7 years in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk or business operations at a B2B company with real enterprise deals
Fluent in a modern CRM and comfortable owning configuration yourself rather than filing tickets for it
Has personally run diligence or security questionnaire responses, or managed complex enterprise procurement to close
Strong analytical skills. Excellent with spreadsheets, comfortable writing SQL or learning to
Unusually organized, and a clear writer. Much of this job is making a document say exactly what it needs to say
Comfortable being the only operations person, with high autonomy and minimal specs
Based in New York City or willing to relocate. This is a hybrid role
Nice to Have
Enterprise sales operations in healthcare or another regulated industry, where BAAs, DUAs and security review are part of every deal
Experience with CPQ or contract lifecycle management tooling
Experience with BI tooling and building reporting off a warehouse rather than by hand
Has stood up a deal desk or a partner reporting function from scratch
Exposure to implementation or post-sales, so you understand what your deal record has to carry downstream
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $125-$150k + equity
Health reimbursement allowance, support for well-being, and flexible time off
