Shared across the three teams is a deep interest for both our industry, best practice sales methodology, and how we can do more with AI.
If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…
- Ensure we keep having transparent and clear sales methodologies, even with a constantly changing environment of new product launches and AI-tools
- Further improve sales performance and sales analytics via. leveraging HubSpot features
- Drive the implementation and adoption of new ways of working – for example an AI-tool for RFP completion, updated sales presentation, or demos of our new products
- Be both inspiring and firm with your colleagues – change can be hard, and we are both supporting and demanding of our colleagues
In one year, you’ll know you were successful if…
- Our sales colleagues clearly know when and how to use which processes and tools to sell
- We can quickly and efficiently launch new products and services
- You are recognised as a sales process expert by your colleagues
