The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of how these functions work together to achieve business objectives and help drive greater alignment, accountability, and decision-making across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, connecting information across multiple functions, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve service, inventory performance, operational execution, and overall business results.

- Ensure decisions and action items from each review are documented, communicated, and tracked to completion.
- Prepare and coordinate materials that support Executive S&OP discussions and executive decision-making.
- Escalate business risks, inventory concerns, supply constraints, and cross-functional issues as appropriate.
- Support the Head of S&OP in aligning operational plans, inventory strategies, and financial objectives.
Business Analysis & Decision Support
- Develop and maintain scenario planning models to support business decision-making and trade-off discussions.
- Analyze the operational and financial impacts of planning decisions and identify associated risks and opportunities.
- Analyze inventory performance and recommend actions to support inventory, service level, freshness, and working capital objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support Executive S&OP and broader business discussions.
Business Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how decisions across functions impact overall business performance.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve operational execution, inventory performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and support initiatives that improve planning processes, operational performance, and cross-functional effectiveness.
- Analyze business performance trends and recommend actions to address root causes and improve outcomes.
- Promote best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the S&OP process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across all functional areas of the business.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Influence outcomes through effective communication and data-driven analysis.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to leaders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working within both Demand Planning and Supply Planning environments.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, capacity planning, production planning, and supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional processes and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience supporting senior leadership through analysis, business insights, and recommendations.
