About the Role & Team
The Sales Operations Specialist – APAC supports regional sales performance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, business reporting, and data-driven insights. Working closely with APAC Sales Leadership and Global Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for producing, validating, and maintaining recurring business reports, identifying risks and opportunities within the pipeline, and ensuring Salesforce data integrity. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, and the ability to independently manage reporting processes while translating data into actionable business recommendations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own recurring sales reporting processes, including forecast, pipeline, bookings, attainment, and performance reporting for APAC sales leadership.
  • Extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reporting models, including Pivot Tables, lookups, reconciliations, and performance tracking templates.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast movements, and deal progression, proactively identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Maintain report documentation, source files, and audit trails to ensure reporting processes are repeatable, transparent, and transferable.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by preparing leadership-ready analyses and reporting packages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Business Leaders to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related analytical role. Experience supporting sales leadership through forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, or business performance analysis is highly preferred.Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data reconciliation, reporting automation, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Experience creating and maintaining recurring business reports and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting, forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline analysis.
  • Ability to independently extract, validate, summarize, and explain business data.
  • Experience documenting reporting methodologies and maintaining report governance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Copilot, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into reporting and analysis deliverables.
  • Effective communicator who can clearly explain findings, assumptions, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on validation, accuracy, and process documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to independently manage recurring reporting processes, maintain supporting documentation, validate outputs against source data, and clearly explain reporting methodology and assumptions.
  • Travel: Minimal travel required (up to 10%).
  • Work Model: Hybrid or remote, depending on location and business needs.
