Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Production Support
  • Meets and networks with clients or potential clients on regular basis
  • Delivers Wow +1 by facilitating weekly status call, reviewing CCRS, ensuring documents are with
  • Closing 48 hours prior, calling the borrower 24 hours prior closing, and attending closings in the absence of the LO
  • Collaborates with operations support to ensure customer service, loan quality and pull through targets are achieved and/or exceeded
  • Communicates and implements company policy and procedures
  • Provides regular reporting to Branch Manager on production performance within the assigned market
  • Promotes Fairway Brand in assigned geography; supports efforts that enhance the Brand
• Team Management
  • Manages daily sales of Loan Assistants including adherence to key metrics, time blocks, scheduling, sales and technical skills
  • Provides ongoing coaching to Loan Assistants to drive efficiency and increased production quality
  • Works with Loan Officers and Processing Department on loan issues
  • Recruits, trains and develops Loan Assistants

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving and making solid business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience effectively managing relationships with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office products.

• Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of management
• Demonstrated experience leading by example to foster relationships within the company and department
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of current business acumen.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of organizing people, tasks, and activities to yield efficient work flow.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of a variety of loan programs: Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending processes, procedures, and regulations
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of mortgage best practices

Minimum Education Preferred:

• High School or GED

Physical Environment:

• This is a hybrid position that offers remote flexibility and will also require some in office time. Access to a quiet space at home and reliable internet is required.

Travel:
Local travel may be required for company or career-related meetings, programs and/or events.
