Overview We are currently seeking a National Hiring Manager who will play a critical role in hiring new Sales Representatives nationwide. We need an experience individual who will be able to conduct interviews and grow our sales teams. Requirements 2+ years of In-home Sales experience 2+ years of recruiting and hiring experience Ability to screen candidates during the interview process to ensure they are a good fit Demonstrate knowledge of sales process Must live in Texas (remote/hybrid role) Qualifications Full-time availability Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills A self-starter that works well independently Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Momentum Solar is an Equal Opportunity Employer
