Job Description:

The Sales Assistant's mission is to answer inbound inquiries, follow up on quotes, overcome objections, book customers, and support the daily sales operations behind their U.S. home-service companies.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Turn inbound calls and messages into booked, paying customers.

• Book, reschedule, and answer customer questions with clarity and urgency.

• Help recruit and onboard strong cleaning professionals.

• Troubleshoot daily cleaner and customer issues without creating drama.

• Track revenue, bookings, and team performance every day.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• You are a closer who enjoys solving customer problems.

• Your spoken and written English is fluent, clear, and persuasive.

• You stay organized while handling multiple demands at once.

• You are comfortable with Google Sheets and can learn tools such as Quo quickly.

• You are calm under pressure, proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working directly with the CEO.
