Position Overview StaffHero is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting StaffHero's remote staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong prospecting and closing skills, a proven track record in outbound sales, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking. Conduct high-volume cold calling and cold outreach to potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present customized staffing solutions based on client needs and business objectives. Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings. Provide exceptional customer service to support client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Required Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management. Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting is required. Strong lead generation and pipeline management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferred Experience selling staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, or workforce solutions. Knowledge of remote staffing and global workforce models. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar sales tools. Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses in the United States. What Success Looks Like: Consistently achieving outbound activity goals, including cold calls, emails, and meetings booked. Generating qualified sales opportunities and contributing to revenue growth. Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records. Building long-term client relationships that drive retention and repeat business. Work Arrangement: Full-Time Remote (Philippines) US business hours preferred
