🚀 Inbound Sales Representative (Remote | U.S. & International)

High-Performance Sales Role | Inbound Calls | Serious Closers Only

We are seeking elite inbound sales professionals who know how to convert warm leads and thrive in a performance-driven environment. If you understand impulse-buy psychology, work independently, and already have a professional home setup, this role offers real earning potential.

You’ll sell Identity Theft Protection and Discount Shopping Club trials through proven impulse-buy marketing campaigns. These are inbound calls only, no cold calling.

📍 Location & Schedule

Remote – Work from anywhere
Open to:
U.S.-based employees
International contractors located in Argentina, Guatemala, or Belize
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM CDT

💰 Compensation

U.S.-Based Employees

Weekly Draw Commission
Average earnings: $40,000–$50,000 annually
Top performers earn $60,000+
80 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year
401(k) with up to 5% company match
Paid Federal Holidays (company closed)

International Contractors (Argentina, Guatemala, Belize)

Guaranteed weekly income + performance-based bonuses
Guarantee applies as long as production standards are met

Paid weekly as an independent contractor

This role is for sales professionals who are:

Hungry, disciplined, and highly motivated
Comfortable working independently without supervision
Strong verbal communicators with a confident phone presence
Experienced in sales and/or customer service
Able to quickly understand and capitalize on impulse-buy behavior
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Candidates must already have:

Personal computer with minimum 16 GB RAM
High-speed, reliable internet
Ethernet (hardwired) connection required for VoIP phone system
(Wi-Fi-only setups are not acceptable)
Professional headset with microphone
Dedicated, secure, distraction-free workspace
No TV, background noise, shared rooms, pets, or caregiving during shifts
