Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and businesses that may need website, mobile app and custom software development or digital solutions.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other appropriate channels.
• Introduce MW Creations' services and explain their business value.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them to sales head.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain organized lead records.
• Assist in converting interested prospects into paying clients.
• Participate in training sessions and regular progress reviews.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching potential clients.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and client handling.
• Basic understanding of social media and online communication.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• Students and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Training and Compensation

• Initial 7-day sales training.
• Remote work with flexible scheduling.
• Commission-based compensation: 30% of eligible client payments received for sales attributed to you, subject to the company's commission policy.
• No fixed salary; earnings depend on successful sales and client payments.
• Practical exposure to lead generation, sales, negotiation, and client management.
