Sales Representative -Entry Level

Description We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join Korsona Pro Marketing Agency , a leading company in the Marketing/Advertising/Sales industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through promoting our Affiliate Program. This is a 100% Commission Based position making uncapped commissions and earnings. $72k to $100k a year every big client you bring is a bonus each month during the contract the client is with us. As a Sales Representative at Korsona Pro Marketing Agency , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, building relationships, and persuading them to try our services from, website building to marketing for their business. You will work on exciting projects aimed at expanding our client base and increasing sales. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Please note Gornek PC is the hiring department for Korsona Pro Marketing Agency! Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote the company's Programs we provide. Nurture relationships with business personnel to drive engagement and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for potential customers. Monitor the lead funnel to call and visit potential clients to have a seat down meeting with them. Attend virtual meetings and conferences to network with potential partners. Assist in developing strategies to attract new affiliates and retain existing ones. Provide timely and accurate information to affiliates regarding promotions, products, and commissions. Prepare regular reports on lead sales and performance metrics. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills and Bidding Knowledge. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of sales concepts is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
