Sales Representative Full Time

Sienna Shutters is one of Ireland's established window shutter and blind companies, and due to continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to our team.This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation position.We generate the enquiries. We manage your diary. We book your appointments. Your job is to meet the customer, provide excellent advice and close the sale.The RoleYou will typically attend 4–5 pre-booked customer appointments per day.Our office team manages the diary and provides the appointments, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best – selling.You will visit customers in their homes, discuss their requirements, recommend suitable shutter and blind solutions, measure where required, prepare quotations and close the sale.What We Provide

Competitive basic salary 800euro per week

Uncapped commission

2% commission on weekly sales above €10,000

The Earning OpportunityOur established salespeople are currently achieving approximately €25,000 in sales per week.At that level, the commission calculation is:Weekly Sales: €25,000

Commission Threshold: €10,000

Commissionable Sales: €15,000

Commission at 2%: €300 per weekThat's approximately €15,600 per year in commission at €25,000 weekly sales, in addition to the basic salary and company benefits.There is no upper limit – the more you sell, the more you earn.Who We're Looking ForExperience specifically in shutters or blinds would be an advantage, but it is not essential.We are particularly interested in successful salespeople from areas such as:

Windows and doors

Kitchens

Flooring

Furniture and interiors

Solar

Home improvements

Conservatories

Bathrooms

Automotive sales

Other high-value, face-to-face consumer sales
