Displays a positive, constructive, “can do” attitude. Uses sound judgment and discernment skills. Takes ownership for one’s own performance and is actively engaged in becoming proficient at their job. Strives to proactively identify potential problems and offers or suggests effective solutions Requirements Education and Experience levels preferred: 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Industry experience in Construction - working with General Contractors Experience working with developers Flooring Experience preferred Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills. Have & maintain a valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc. Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary Description $70,000 - $80,000 Plus commission
