🏡 Work Mode: Work From Home + Local Field Visits (B2B Professional Meetings Only)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Fixed, depending on experience)

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Growth & Sales Executives to expand our B2B institutional business in Siliguri.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and market research.
• Connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other organizations.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with principals, directors and institutional decision-makers.
• Manage client follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly business targets.

Candidate Requirements|

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, SaaS or Field Sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Must have a laptop, smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Must be based in or around Siliguri and available for local field visits.
