Location: Remote – California, Nevada, or Arizona, USA

Position Summary
Develop and grow aircraft sales within an assigned U.S. territory and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through aircraft delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the territory sales plan and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop new business and maintain customer relationships and a qualified sales pipeline.
• Manage the full aircraft sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, negotiations and delivery coordination.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and territory forecast information .
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain relationships with Sales Channel Partners to include Diamond Flight Training Centers and Service Centers.
• Represent Diamond at customer and industry events and provide relevant market intelligence.
• Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory using company and customer lease-back aircraft.

Required Qualifications

• Successful aircraft/aviation, high-value B2B/B2C or capital-equipment sales experience.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating.
• Strong knowledge of general aviation and the U.S. aviation market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and independently manage a sales territory.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred

• Aircraft sales and/or flight-school/general aviation experience.
• FAA Instrument Rating.
• Established general aviation/flight-training industry relationships.
• CRM/Salesforce experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: USD $70,000–$100,000.
• Performance-based sales incentive/commission.
• 401(k), PTO and company holidays.
