Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Karāchi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients, and promote logistics and supply chain services to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, resolving client issues promptly, and providing product and service information to existing and prospective customers. The Sales Specialist may support training and onboarding for clients or internal team members on service offerings and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Training, particularly in guiding clients or colleagues on products, services, and internal processes.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person and remote interactions.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
