Sales Specialist

Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting J.A.uniform’s customized uniform solutions across various industries. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with customer service and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely delivery, and a positive client experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing feedback that supports continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to meet targets, manage pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and to educate clients about product options and customization processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, textiles, apparel, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation and reliability when working independently.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
