Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, manage sales pipelines, and present AI solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating on content and messaging, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies. The specialist will work closely with technical and leadership teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and to provide training and guidance to clients on solution adoption.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand business challenges, and provide responsive support.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and support consistent revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and internal stakeholders on AI solutions, features, and best practices.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales and marketing, preferably with AI, data, or software solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM and marketing tools to track performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
